Restaurant Design
The process included searching codes for each element of the project.  I needed to know the dimensions between tables as well as walk ways between them too.  There were several different office spaces available to create my restaurant.  A couple of them on the ground floor.

Using the building shell, I decided to create my restaurant on the second floor.  I had to weigh the amenities and effects I thought would bring customers in to eat.  I also had to consider how the food was to be delivered from the suppliers.  There were a few questions on how and where the kitchen was to be located.  One question was how much foot traffic would be on the ground floor while receiving freight? Another good question was do you really want the smelly garbage to be transported through the building from the loading dock?

I really enjoyed creating this project.  This design gave me the freedom to create kitchen as well.  The freezer walls I created my own wall layers.  There was space for a balcony eating area.

I used the Annotation Detail Line to make sure all my text was aligned with each other.  I created Soffit ceilings with several different types of light fixtures.  Creating rooms were fun when i had to use the room separator function.  I used a Scope Box to show only the restaurant.  I divided a section line to exclude portions of my building that I didn't want to be included.  Using the Component function, I brought into the restaurant tables, chairs, bar equipment, and kitchen appliances.  I used the wall tool to put furrings around the exposed columns.

Note:  This is student work and not all of the sheets will be present.
